Shipping
We hand pack every order in Queenstown and send it out as quickly as we can.
What it costs

| Orders over $50 | Free shipping |
| Overseas | Not at this stage — New Zealand only |
How long it takes
- Dispatch: within 1–2 business days of your order
- Delivery: usually 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Rural addresses can take an extra day or two
Orders placed over a weekend or public holiday go out on the next working day. We'll email you tracking once your parcel is on its way.
Buying in person
If you're local and picking up from us directly, use your free shipping code at checkout and the delivery charge comes off. You'll still get a proper receipt, and we'll arrange the handover with you.
Something not right?
If your order hasn't turned up when you expected it, or it arrives damaged, email sales@blairsbiltong.co.nz and we'll sort it. See our returns page for how that works.
